On January 29, 2014, our family law associate, Laura Nichelle Wardrip, attended a continuing legal education course at the University of Tulsa College of Law that dealt with the major aspects of divorce and child custody, which includes division of assets, child support, custody, and visitation. It was instructed by Special District Judge Carl Funderburk and Jim Gotwals, an attorney in Tulsa. This course was a part of the Richard B. Risk Practicum Series and was presented by the Tulsa County Bar Association Bench and Bar Committee. Here is a link to photos
